A floor is only as good as what is under it.
Most flooring problems trace back to the subfloor: hollow spots, cracked tile, gapping boards, plank joints that peak. We check flatness and moisture before anything goes down, and we price the prep honestly in the bid instead of skipping it.
Central Texas slabs and older pier-and-beam homes each bring their own issues. We plan for both.

We measure every room, check the subfloor, note transitions, stairs and door clearances, and talk through material options.

You get the scope line by line with one lump-sum total, plus any optional items priced separately.
Material and prep
Material is ordered and acclimated as required. Old flooring comes out and the subfloor is corrected.
Install and walkthrough
Our crew installs, sets transitions and trim, cleans up, and walks the finished floor with you.

Do you give prices over the phone?
No. Flooring cost depends on the subfloor, layout, transitions, stairs and material, so we walk every job and send a written, itemized bid with one lump-sum total.
Do you supply the flooring or can I buy my own?
Either works. We can source material to the spec you choose, or install owner-supplied flooring. We will confirm quantities, waste factor and accessories before you order so nothing comes up short.
Do you move furniture and remove old flooring?
Removal and haul-off of existing flooring is quoted as part of the bid when needed. Furniture moving can be included; we will list exactly what is and is not covered.
Which flooring works best over a concrete slab?
Luxury vinyl plank, tile and engineered hardwood are all common over slabs in Central Texas. The right choice depends on moisture, use and budget, and we will walk through the options onsite.
