Large-format tile done right
Big tiles look clean, but they demand a flatter floor and better mortar coverage than small tile. We flatten the substrate, use the mortar and trowel the tile requires, and use leveling systems to keep edges in plane.
Movement and cracking
Slabs move and crack. Crack-isolation membranes and properly placed movement joints keep those cracks from telegraphing through your new tile. We include them where the floor calls for them.
Layout
We lay out the room before setting so cuts land at the edges and not in the middle of a doorway, and so grout lines align with cabinets, tubs and transitions.

Light foot traffic is usually allowed after the mortar and grout have set per the manufacturer. We will give you the specific timing for the products used.
